About the Role

We are seeking a senior Aftersales leader to transform our regional spare parts business from a traditional back-office function into a high-performance, sales-driven, customer-focused operation.

Based in Tashkent, the General Manager – Spare Parts will lead commercial growth, enforce Toyota Parts Operations standards, and work directly with distributor and dealer teams to elevate execution, capability, and results across Central Asia.


This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Toyota distributor experience, strong field presence, and the ability to drive disciplined performance management through PDCA.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Transformation & Performance Management
• Lead the transition of the parts organization into a proactive, results-oriented sales and service engine
• Own the technical preparation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and support dealer ABPs to ensure alignment with regional targets
• Institutionalize PDCA methodology through structured monthly and quarterly performance reviews
• Manage regional budgets with a clear focus on sales growth, inventory efficiency, and ROI

2. Dealer Support & Capability Building
• Spend significant time in the field coaching distributor and dealer teams on:
• Parts identification and EPC accuracy
• Warehouse flow and stock discipline
• Counter sales, upselling, and lost-sales management
• Conduct technical audits to ensure full compliance with Toyota Parts Operation (TPOK / TMC) standards
• Lead systems training on Toyota EPC, Microcat, and Dealer Management Systems

3. Sales Development & Market Penetration
• Design and execute wholesale and fleet parts strategies to win share from parallel imports and independent workshops
• Conduct competitive pricing surveys and adjust pricing structures to protect Genuine Parts competitiveness
• Develop incentive schemes for dealer parts managers linked to sales growth, purchasing performance, and stock health

4. Commercial Operations & Inventory Excellence
• Manage parts ordering systems to maintain optimal stock profiles aligned with market demand and model mix
• Actively reduce non-performing stock through redistribution and obsolescence prevention
• Oversee Vehicle-Off-Road (VOR) order handling to minimize customer downtime and improve service throughput



Required Experience & Skills
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience at a Toyota Distributor level in Aftersales / Parts Operations
• Strong mastery of the Toyota Way, TPOK, and TMC Parts Operation standards
• Proven experience with:
• Parts ordering systems and WMS
• Toyota EPC and advanced Excel usage
• PDCA and formal business planning
• Willingness to travel frequently across Central Asia
• Languages:
• Professional English (reporting and coordination)
• Russian is a strong advantage
• Personal profile:
• Energetic, proactive, and resilient
• Comfortable leading cultural and commercial transformation
• Strong coach with high field presence
