About the Role
Our client is seeking a CRM Manager to lead customer relationship strategies for their automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will optimize CRM systems, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales through data-driven insights.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize CRM software for lead tracking, customer segmentation, and retention.
Develop and execute customer engagement campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs).
Analyze customer data to enhance sales and aftersales experience.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Monitor CRM performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of CRM experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, AutoDealer CRM, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data management.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive dealership CRM.
Knowledge of digital marketing automation and AI-driven customer insights.
CRM software certification is a plus.
