About the Role
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead the transformation of dealer service operations from a perceived technical cost center into a high-growth, profit-driven business pillar.
Based in Tashkent, this role carries full responsibility for driving service profitability, new customer acquisition, workshop productivity, and operational discipline across the Central Asian Toyota network. The position requires a strong hands-on leader with deep Toyota distributor experience and a permanent presence on the workshop floor.

Key Responsibilities
Service Business Transformation
• Re-engineer dealer service departments into profit-focused growth centers
• Increase labor gross profit and identify new service revenue streams
• Lead regional service marketing initiatives, including menu pricing, digital service leads, and loyalty programs
• Own the technical preparation of the Service Annual Business Plan (ABP) and support dealer target setting
• Institutionalize PDCA cycles with data-driven performance reviews
Dealer Support & Coaching
• Maintain strong gemba (shop floor) presence, coaching dealer teams on:
• Workshop flow and productivity
• Elimination of non-productive time
• Service advisor upselling and customer communication
• Enforce full compliance with:
• Toyota Service Management (TSM)
• Kodawari standards
• Fix-It-Right (FIR) processes to reduce repeat repairs
Operational Efficiency & Capacity Management
• Optimize technician productivity and stall utilization
• Oversee workshop equipment and Special Service Tools (SSTs) compliance
• Provide technical guidance on warranty policy and reporting
Manufacturer Liaison & Systems
• Manage accurate and timely service reporting to Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC)
• Optimize Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for:
• Service scheduling
• Flat-rate labor tracking
• Technician performance monitoring
• Coordinate technical training and certification compliance (TEAM / High-Tech)

Required Profile
Mandatory Experience
• Proven Toyota Distributor-level experience in Service / Aftersales
• Deep practical knowledge of:
• TSM (Toyota Service Management)
• Kodawari principles
• Fix-It-Right (FIR) methodology
Skills & Competencies
• Strong commercial mindset focused on customer acquisition and retention
• High data literacy and advanced Excel skills
• Structured execution of PDCA and business planning
• Natural field leader with strong coaching capability
Languages & Mobility
• Professional English (mandatory)
• Russian proficiency strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently across Central Asia
